1. Cook the shredded apple in ghee until softened and lightly caramelized. Set aside.
2. Add the makhana, milk, saffron, cardamom, and 1 tbsp honey to a blender and blend until creamy.

4. Pour the mixture into a large bowl or dish, or directly into serving glasses, ensuring the caramelized apples are well distributed.
